We’re excited to announce that on December 31, 2012, the Hawaii Public Utilities Commission (PUC) granted the final regulatory approval to transfer ownership of Wavecom Solutions’ competitive local exchange carrier (CLEC) business to Hawaiian Telcom, Inc. We’re now working together to combine the strengths of both companies, including our networks, our products and our people, to provide the best service at the best price, with reliability unmatched in our industry. The end result will be a unified company better positioned to deliver next generation, end-to-end solutions for customers throughout Hawaii today and into the future.

The integration will take place over a defined timeframe and will require detailed technical planning and coordination. At present and throughout this initial phase, Wavecom Solutions customers should continue to contact their existing Wavecom representatives for sales, support and billing information.
